Why Don't We Use Blockchains for Transparent Voting?
Blockchains promise immutable, transparent elections. In practice, voting needs privacy, coercion resistance, and reliable authentication at national scale. Those requirements collide with blockchain design, creating risks that paper audits still handle better.
